- Use our services for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with our services or other users.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a violation of our Terms and Conditions or any applicable law has occurred.
3. Subscription and Fees
- Service Plans: Our services are offered on a subscription basis with plans starting at $199 per month. Additional fees may apply for optional add-ons and extra services.
- Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the start of the next billing cycle.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or using the platform’s cancellation feature. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
- Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within the first 14 days, we will issue a full refund.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
- User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide to us (e.g., logos, text, images). By submitting content to us, you grant 199 Dollar Social the right to use, modify, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of delivering our services.
- Our Content: All materials created by $199 Social, including but not limited to graphics, social media posts, and custom content, are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content for your business during your subscription. You may not sell, sublicense, or distribute our content outside of your business without prior written consent.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you acknowledge that we will collect, process, and store your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, $199 Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, loss of data, or interruptions in service. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold $199 Social and its employees, contractors, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by email or by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after the effective date of the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms and Conditions, or any other reasons we deem necessary. Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and any content we have created on your behalf.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
11. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and $199 Social, we encourage you to contact us directly to seek a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian arbitration association.
